EngineGrids

EngineGrids exists because AI work needs a real operating platform.

Businesses are moving past experiments. The next question is where AI systems live, how they touch real systems, and how teams keep the work understandable after launch.

Why now

AI has reached real business work

Companies need a place for AI systems to run inside customer, revenue, operations, and internal workflows without becoming hidden side projects.

Experience

Built from infrastructure discipline

EngineGrids is shaped by distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, platform partnerships, and production software experience.

Standard

Make the operating model inspectable

The platform uses durable state, runtime grids, marketplace capabilities, and reviewable action paths instead of disposable integration glue.

Mission

Help companies keep the AI systems they launch

The goal is not a clever demo. It is dependable AI work the business can measure, review, and keep improving.

Cashton ColemanFounder & CEO

Cashton Coleman founded EngineGrids after decades spent building distributed systems, web-scale software, and cloud businesses for demanding production environments. Before EngineGrids, he founded ClearDB, built the company from the ground up, secured strategic partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and IBM Cloud, onboarded major enterprise customers, scaled the platform globally, raised millions in funding, and sold the company in 2019.

That operating experience matters. EngineGrids was founded after agentic AI stopped looking like a technical trend and started looking like a permanent shift in how businesses will operate. The company reflects his view that AI systems need the same kind of durable infrastructure, bounded execution, and auditability expected from serious production platforms.

The category is shifting from AI demos to AI operations.

EngineGrids is building for the moment when AI systems need to live inside real companies, with ownership, capacity, approvals, billing, marketplace capabilities, and operating history attached.

Platform

Give AI systems an operating home

A subscription workspace brings solutions, grids, providers, marketplace entitlements, billing, capacity, and records together.

Discipline

Build for the long horizon

Important work needs maintainable systems, visible boundaries, and records that survive the first launch.

Customers

Start with workflows customers already need

Follow-up, support, routing, billing, and coordination work gives teams a practical first system to judge.

Category

Define the operating platform for AI work

As AI touches more work, the durable platform around it becomes as important as the model itself.
